I have created a 'template' in which I have created 'fields' that I fill in.
I then save the final document as a *.doc. However, when someone else opens this document, the fields will change from the actual data to the Field Codes "{}". When I click ALT+F9, the field codes are still there. How do I stop these field codes from showing up? I want the final document to be just words, not codes. I'm not very good with writing code. I've read other threads similar to this, but don't understand what I need to do. |
