Word 2003
I am working with a Word Form and would like to know if there a process by which the gray shaded background areas of the form fields (which are visible on screen) can actually be set to print/appear on a hard copy printout. In reviewing the postings in this regard, it seems as though everyone else is interested in the gray shading being prevented from printing. I, however, would like to see them on the actual printed page. My appreciation in advance and my apologies if I have inadvertently posted this question in duplicate. Rod |
