Default Formatting text box

I have two questions, both relating to the same text box I am trying to
format.

(1) I want to insert a picture within a text box and change the size of the
picture. So far, so good. However, I want the small picture to be in the
upper right-hand corner of the text box with text wrapping to the right of
the picture and underneath. I have tried "square" and various other
options. In each case, the first line of text is aligned with the bottom of
the picture (but to the right of it), and then text continues underneath.
Is there any way to position the cursor (and therefore text) to the right of
the picture but either at the top of the picture or approximately half-way
up?I am using that text as a title.

(2) I would also like to change the border of the text box. However, each
attempt has resulted either in a border around the picture or a border
around the text underneath the picture. I would like to change the border
around the entire area of the original text box, but I do not want a border
around either the picture or the separate text that I have entered.

Thanks for any help,
MaryL
