Default Multilevel Numbering in a Style

My firm is just upgrading to 2007 and we are a heavy Styles shop. I noticed
in Word 2007 that when I try to modify the Heading style to be numbered
paragraphs I don't get the option for Outline or Multilevel numbering (e.g.
1., 1.1, 1.1.1). Being that we're a law firm most of our documents are
numbered that way. Is there any way for me to format Multilevels in a Style?
