Default Printer problems

I asked this question yesterday and now can't seem to locate it to see if
anyone has responded so I'm starting over.

I am in a network environment. For some reason, I am unable to print from
my computer to manual feed on our default printer. EVERYONE else is able to
do so. We've tried resetting all of my defaults to manual, labels and
letterhead to no avail. We've tested everyone else's computer and theirs
work just fine. We've tried using the print menu commands on our printer (HP
4100) but even that didn't help. I'm using Office 2002.
HELP???????????????????????????????? With so many of us printing to the
printer, and me needing to do labels and letterhead frequently, it's getting
tedious running to the printer (on the other side of the office suite), place
the document, HOPE that no one prints while I'm running back to my desk to
send the job through. Anyone??

ps...our IS guy is stumped too.
