If you have an English version of Word, it comes with proofing tools for
English, French, and Spanish. If you want the Italian proofing tools, then, as g-n-o said, you have to buy them. -- Suzanne S. I have Office XP Standard and while English, French, Spanish and Italian are all identified as "enabled languages" only Italian does not provide text proofing, translation or thesurus capability. I need to use all four languages and wonder what I need to do to fix this. Tried to install "Igt1001.exe" which I took to be a fix but my computer wouldn't install it. Got back the following" The expected version of the program was not found on your system." Don't know what to do next and would appreciate any advice. Thanks "garfield-n-odie" wrote: Deja vu... If you have Word 2002, you can purchase the Proofing Tools for Office XP and install the languages you need from the 50 or so languages (including Italian) available on the CD.
