This is not really a Word question, but I assume you're using Word as your
email editor in Outlook or Outlook Express. If the former, you need to ask in an Outlook NG. If you're using OE, in Tools | Options | Signatures, there's an Advanced... button that opens a dialog in which you can choose the default signature for each mail or news account. -- Suzanne S.
