Word does not work well with custom paper sizes, so the best plan is to use
the next larger standard envelope size and create a template. Use the margins to make up the difference so that when printed the elements are in the right place. If you apply the Envelope Address paragraph style to the address area you can drag the associated frame around until it sits where you want.
