Hopefully things will improve with the new version. Office seems to be
riddled with obscure bugs that most people never come across.

I have always found the version of MS Graph used in Word very difficult to
deal with; the Excel charting facility is reportedly better, though even it
has some bugs. All this will be better in Office 12, I believe.
