Default What jpg file did I insert into Word?

After I've inserted an image file, jpg, into a doc, is there anyway to tell
what the name of the file was?

If you inserted the file as a link (and it is In Line With Text), you can
use Alt+F9 to look at the field code and get the path to the image. If the
image is embedded there is no clue to its identity.
