When I select Edit Recipient List link the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box
appears but when I click Edit button nothing happens? I believe from viewing instructions on working with the recipient list that I should be able to view an Address List dialog box from this box I can interact with the chosen data. Any ideas - am using Word 2003 on Windows XP |

Hi ?B?Sm9hbm5l?=,
When I select Edit Recipient List link the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box appears but when I click Edit button nothing happens? I believe from viewing instructions on working with the recipient list that I should be able to view an Address List dialog box from this box I can interact with the chosen data. This button only really works for lists that were created using Word's internal tools. How did you create the recipient list you're trying to work with / In which application is the list? Did you try opening the list using another program instead of Word (such as Access)? Which version of Word is this?
