In theory at least (not having access to your Visio form) you can create an
unprotected section in the form in which users can insert a Visio object. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Howard Hayes wrote: I have a need to create a form that will allow users to copy a Visio form into the body of the document. The form is standardised within the organization and I do not want users to be able to alter the document other than to enter data in the field that are defined as form fields. The template I created works fine right up to the point of copying in the Visio. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Howard Hayes |
