Yes, having separate accounts should solve the problem. You are both currently using the same [normal.dot]. This is a global Word Template. Delete this file providing neither of you use AutoText, Macros or Custom Toolbars. Regards Mike "Smith" wrote: Hi, My wife uses the Korean Language on Windows XP but when I use the English Language I find some of my documents with Korean letters and symbols. Only when I delete or turn off the Korean and use English only does the problem go away. Since wy wife uses my computer from time to time is there any way to keep both English and Korea without having a conflict? Would setting up separate users accounts fix the problem? Many of my friends report having the same problem as described above. Thanks- Smith |
