This will result in changes being shown in the text however (by default,
insertions will be underlined and deletions struck through). If Keith wants just the change bars shown, the correct method is to turn off balloons and set the formatting of insertions as None and deletions as Hidden. Note, however, that this method does not *remove* markup--just hides it. -- Suzanne S.
