For future reference, you might do well to visit this site & related links
before posting again: http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm Many people will simply ignore duplicate postings of the same problem, especially if they are as hard to read as these are. In the meantime, the problem is that you are scanning the documents as images, & Word does not generate page breaks based on image content. Each picture is a separate graphic object which is simply stacked on top of the others on the same page. If you want the 'pictures' of the text to be on separate pages, you will have to create your own page breaks (InsertBreakPage Break - OK, or use Ctrl+Enter), then either drag/drop or cut/paste the pictures to the appropriate pages.
