Cindy's idea is a good one; here's another one.
Check the "Style" for the document. If you select everything (ctl/A) is the Style box blank? If so, this indicates that more than one style may have been selected for some part of the document. Try changing the style to "Normal" for everything; just select everything, change the Style box to Normal, save your document, then try printing again. -- Carol "Edith F" wrote: When I try to print from the mail merge program, my letters are printing incorrectly.
