I can not find the download for the Japanese IME for Office 2003! PLEASE HELP!

Japanese IME for Office 2003
If you have Office 2003 with Windows XP, then use the IMEs in
Windows XP as described in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=309360 "How to use East Asian languages in Word 2003 and in Word 2002 on computers that are running on Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000" and http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/h...IME_Paper.mspx . Is there any way to get the Japanese IME WITHOUT having to get the CD?
