Default Word should have 'save picture as' option for saving images

For example -- you copy-paste images in Word/PPT/Excel and mail the file to
somebody. Now that person wants to save those images for some other purpose.
For that he first needs to copy them and paste them in any picture editor and
then save again. It would've been convenient if Word/PPT/Excel had an option
of saving those images directly(similar to IE).

Thanks,
Anuja
