Macros in MS Word 2003
I am creating a letter template and have created a field that instructs the
user to type the Subject. I would like that same information to automatically appear in the Header of the next page. How do I set this up? |

Macros in MS Word 2003
Use a StyleRef field. You can download a sampler for these from
http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm. See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/StyleRef.htm. You may want to be using macrobutton fields for your prompts. This lets you apply a style. See http://www.addbalance.com/usersguide...tm#MacroButton and http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/TblsFl...acroButton.htm for more about macrobutton fields. Take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other document where you want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages. http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm This gives step-by-step instructions.
