Hi ?B?SlQ=?=,
I am doing what I think is a simple merge of data from an Excel sheet into mailing labels in Word. However my "address" column in Excel (which contains address data) merges into the Word labels with only a "0" where the address should be. It always helps to tell us which version of Word (or Office) is involved? In this case, please also copy the contents of a couple of these cells into your reply so we can see what kind of data it contains. Best guess: the majority of the first eight or so records have numeric content, only, in this column. So Excel is marking it as numeric and passing a 0 for all records that contain text.
