I am trying to add a set of addresses to another set so trhat i can mail out a form letter to entries using 'mail merge'. Is it possible to insert one data file into another, woithout needing to re-enter the second lot of data? Depends on what program you're working with the data in? Access? Excel? Other? Which version of Word/Office is involved?
