The addressblock is a special type of field that combines address fields in
a particular manner. It may be fine if you are American, using US format
addresses, but for elsewhere (and probably America also) you have much more
control by inserting the individual fields that you require.

Lxxxx'. Now it is like buying a motor vehicle as a flat pack -
assemble in the order of your choice every time you want to go to the
store.

You appear to be using the address block. Insert the individual
fields. If you start the merge from Outlook you can access *all* the
fields. The field you probably want is the Mailing_Address field. If
you start from Word it is the Postal_Address field you want.

I can alter it as often as you like but it comes back wrong.
Word 2002; matching Outlook; label L7161; tried through Word and
through Outlook. Contact subfolder looks like the latter layout.
