If you have ever saved a header/footer in normal.dot you are stuck with it.
You would have to rename normal.dot to get rid of it. You can check by starting Word in safe mode (hold the CTRL key whilst starting Word) -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Egglett wrote: Graham... are you saying that to fix this you would need to set the Header to zero? I'm having this same problem and cant find a solution... but you might have given me a clue.. Is there a way to adjust margin lowering the text on the label and having it apply to all labels in the mail merge? I am doing a mail merge to do file folder labels for new year. I have selected proper maker and label number, but when I print the labels they print to high and I loose part of the information. I don't loose entire line, just part of it. How can I correct this? I am using Word 2003 and I have tried changing top margin on the label I am using, but it doesn't seem to work very well. |
