What version of Word are you using?
If you want to send the document as an attachment, see the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. I need to mail merge a word table created by cut&paste from Excel into Outlook as HTML so I can get the same formatting results as though I were sending the merged word doc as an attacment. I've seen some vague references to doing this but have now spent a couple of days searching and flipping options and am getting no where. When I merge my table into outlook, all the columnar formatting disappears and makes the presentation and readability nil. Suggestions? |
