How do I have the options "check spelling and gramar" to be unchecked in the
language settings on merge fields in a document. When the text is merged into a document and it is spelt incorrectly it is not set as part of the spell check because this option is set on the merge field. If you uncheck the option it checks itself back on. |

Better to run the spell check on the data source.
Alternatively, execute the merge to a new document, use Ctrl+a to select everything and from the Tools menu, select Language and then the Set Language option and make sure that the "Do not check spelling or grammar" box is unchecked. -- Hope this helps.
