You'll often find me on your side of the argument. Not this time.
The big news is XML. Do a bit of googling around the net and read some good introductory material on XML, otherwise you risk being seen as sadly out of date and behind the times at work :-) Of course, this will only matter on payday, but on payday it will really matter!!
