Randomly, Word will cut off the bottom nearly 3" of text. When I check
margins, the bottom margin has changed to 2.67" and will not change to
anything else. The result is that the page looks fine on screen, but in Print
Preview and actual printed page gets cut off. Ideas?

Recent versions of Word have an issue with the drivers of certain HP
LaserJet printers that causes this 2.67" margin. Many users have reported
that the drivers at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solve the problem.
