Use an If...then...Else... construction in the mailmerge main document as
follows .. Item in Bulleted List¶ { IF { MERGEFIELD [mergefieldname] } = "True Condition"¶ .. { MERGEFIELD [mergefieldname] } "" }¶ where you press Enter where each ¶ appears in the above. You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and Alt+F9 to toggle off their display. -- Hope this helps.
