Default Word Margins are not being displayed

My margins are set at 1" top and bottom but in the "print layout view" they
show up as 0"

I'm using word 2003

If I save the doc and someone else opens it it shows up with proper margins.

Also if I look at the "file - page setup" the margins appear to be properly
set at 1"

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Luke Morrison

Thank you, this worked flawlessly! I guess I accidentally clicked on the hide
white space by accident.

Thanks again! You are doing an awesome job... hope your getting paid for this!
