Word will reset the printer to Windows default if it is closed and
re-opened. If yours is not doing this, the probability is that you are using Word as your Outlook editor and Word is still 'open' (Press CTRL+ALT+DEL) and see if Winword is still running. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org TM@OUTLAW wrote: If you open a Word document, select the print command, choose a DIFFERENT printer (one different from your "default"), and print the document.
