Printing enevolpes, the printer will not print the sending address
In word when one of my users tries to print an enevolpe, the printer will not
print the sending address but it will print the return address. The user prints to a color printer and when I check to make sure that the color is set to black it is. Is their a problem in Word or is their a setting that I need to check that I am missing. Need help asap. -- POB |
