You can't print the gridlines; you have to apply a border; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/Gridlines.htm. The easiest way to do this is select the table, then click the All Borders button on the palette that appears when you click the arrow next to the Borders button on the Formatting toolbar. -- Suzanne S. You need to apply borders to the table. Borders print, gridlines are only
visible on the screen. Select the Table using Select Table on the Tables menu and then select Borders and Shading from the Format menu. -- Hope this helps.
