Open Normal.dot directly and adjust the margins in that manner. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/...ocNotBlank.htm for more clarification on how to open the normal.dot template. As to why it's not working for you to click the Default button - do you also have Outlook and do you use Word as your Email Editor? If you do, that could be conflicting.
