find and replace double spaces at end of sentences on scanned doc
Just use the Search and Replace. Key in two in the Find box and one in the
Replace box. Then hit Replace All. -- Rae Drysdale "kenard1" wrote: I am editing an MS that was scanned in rich text format. Originally done on a typewriter, the author put towspaces at the end of each sentence. I'd like to change that to one space. Is there some find and replace sequence that would do it automatically for me rather than have to change each end of sentence manually. tks. |
