I must be particularly stupid today.
The problem is:
Each article goes text -- end notes -- biblio. Then,
what I would like to do is to place the next article
If I put the cursor at the end of the bibliography I can't
insert a break (the box is grey/gray)
I can't place a section break between the end notes and
the biblio either.
If I put the cursor at the end of the text and insert a
break then insert the next article the endnotes all run on
I have specified that the end notes should be placed at
the end of each section.

Insert section breaks as needed. If you have more than
one section break in
a given article, you can suppress endnotes for every
section but the last
(Layout tab of Page Setup).
