I believe there is no way to do what you are asking. If there was,
macro security wouldn't protect people against viruses. Instead, ask the recipient to save the template in the appropriate folder, such as the user templates folder (as listed in Tools | Options, File Locations tab). If, in Tools | Macro | Security, the "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" option is checked, the macro should then work fine. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "nice_evest" wrote in message ...
