How can I print more than one label at a time - and not all the same one. I
use Avery 2181 and regularly print labels for file folders. Thanks !

If you are using an inkjet printer, you can put the sheet thru multiple
times. If it's a laser printer, you really shouldn't. Usually by the end of
the second time, the adhesive gets gummy and that can really wreak havoc on
a printer.

Beside that, open the dialog box like you would if you wanted a full sheet
of them but instead, click on the New document button on the right. That's
it.

Either create a new document from the label wizard and type content in the
resulting table, or use mail merge :
