Default repeat header rows in nested tables

I am working with nested tables in Word 2003. Is there any way to make the
header rows of a nested table repeat on subsequent pages?

Put cursor in table, from table menu click on Select and then click on
table, then use Ctrl+X, place cursor where you now want table to appear and
use Ctrl+V.
