Default Issue deleting Document

When a user tries to delete a word file it comes up with the following werror
message

"It is being used by another person or program, close any programs that
might be using the file and try again"

Default Issue deleting Document

This error can occur in a network environment if the permissions for the
folders are messed up. However, one of the most common causes is when word
doesn't close out the file and leaves some tmp files. If user 1 had problems
closing out the file, and word leaves the temp files, then user 2 can't
access the file.

Conduct a search of the drive folder for files that start with the tilde
character ~ (Char code, unicode hex 007E). The file should start with
~yourfilename.doc.
