Some Word formatting is incompatible with the html format used for formatted
e-mail messages. Send it as an attachment - preferably in PDF format (though you'll need extra software to do that). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Laineythornton wrote: I am trying to email a formatted piece from Word 2000 but when I do it loses all the formatting except the font and text colour.
