I have a Word document that the writer has included both footnotes and
endnotes. I only need the footnotes - how do I get rid of the endnotes?

The document contains both and I do not need the endnotes at the end of the
document - the footnotes at the end of each page are enough. I tried to
convert the endnotes thinking thinking they would cancecl out - but it just
added them in and I had double of everything one with a number and one
without.
