For example, I have several documents where I have to enter a clients name
and address (proposal, contract, letter, invoice, etc.). I would like to just enter it once and have it appear in all documents. All documents are Word documents. I figuered out how to use the field option, but it seems that you can only autotext one line at a time. Any other suggestions? |

See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. FWIW, I don't know what
AutoText has to do with it, but you can put any amount of material you want in an AutoText entry; there is a limit to the length of the entry name, however. -- Suzanne S.
