I use several Word 2003 templates that were converted from Word 2. When
creating new documents from these templates the font may show it's using Times or CG Times(W1), which is not in our list of fonts in Word 2003. The issue is these fonts appear in Wingdings. I know changing the font will fix the issue but my question is 'What is causing this?'. The same document could be viewed on two different pcs and show as Wingdings on one and normal text on the other. The document prints in a readable font regardless of how it is viewed. I don't have access to change the templates only the documents I create from them. I'd just like a little more info on the problem before I request these changes be made. Thank you. |
