I created a template (.dot) and want to prohibit users from the ability to
save it - I want them to print only. How do I do that? |

You don't! This is not possible.
If you want to provide a printable document, the safest method is to supply a PDF format document, in which, if you use Acrobat to create it (not a cheap tool) you can set security measures to prevent certain actions. Do however note that these actions will only inhibit copying, they will not prevent it. The *only* way to prevent anyone from copying your work is not to allow them to see it. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Marshfield wrote: I created a template (.dot) and want to prohibit users from the ability to save it - I want them to print only.
