I heard that you need at least 2 gigs of RAM for Vista to run properly. How
much RAM do you have? Right click "My Computer" and choose properties and it should tell you. "BenW" wrote: I just got a new laptop with Vista Home Premium and the free trial of Word/Excel/PowerPoint. I am finding Word to be weirdly slow -- like, when I type, the words pop up slowly, not keeping pace with my typing speed. Not the case in Excel. Is this because it's still the trial version? Or is this a bug? Or is there some setting I can adjust? Thanks |
