Default Protect A word 2000 document from changes

Don't let anyone who might change it see it!

Ultimately there is nothing you can do to prevent someone determined from
changing your document if they have access to it. You can only make it a
little more difficult. One such method would be to release it only in PDF
format, but even that will not stop someone who really wants to change it.
