The macros are saved in Normal.dot unless you've intentionally saved them

i am not an IT department. didn't understand what the article said.
I just need to know specifically how to copy macros from one computer to another. can you help me? "Suzanne S. Provided you have the same Word version on both PCs, locate the hidden file
