Hi, is it possible to delete the user's initials in comments in a Word 2007
document? In Word 2003 if you went to Tools, Options, Security and checked "Remove personal information from file properties on save" the initials of everyone who had inserted comments in the document were changed to [A1], [A2], etc. Is there any way to do this in Word 2007? I see a similar feature listed in the Trust Center Settings, but it is grayed out, and the screen tip for that option says it can only be used if the document was created in an earlier version of Word. Is there any way to do this in documents created in Word 2007? Thanks in advance for any information. |
