See http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm and

Ensure that Outlook is your default e-mail application.

I recently updated a new HP laptop from XP to Vista and have had a
bunch of issues. The current one is trying to populate my address
labels in Word 2007 with my Contacts list. With XP I just clicked on
the address icon within Word (Envelopes and Labels tab) and I had my
choice of address to use.

Now when I click on the address icon I get an error message that says
I need to go to the Microsoft Exchange web site, which I have done.
But, I don't know what to do when I get there. Nothing changes even
when I attempt to access my addresses while on the web site.

Any ideas???
