Follow-up: I have confirmed this is a bug and have reported to Microsoft. I

Styles in a template and those saved in a Style Set should work the same. I'd say this is a bug. A quick look at the XML indicates the Quick Style Set has been saved with the correct definition, such as the style for the following paragraph, but when you use Change Styles it's not being carried over. If you use the Organizer to copy the styles then it works. So I'm pretty convinced it's a bug. :-( |
